• A brief description of the painting you would like
• Attach a photo or image you want painted
• Tell me what size you would like the unframed piece
• Tell me if you are happy with the colours in the photo/image or would like them altered to suit a room in your home or the curtains etc
• You even could send an image of the room you would like to hang it in, if you like, to give me an idea of the style you like, or style that will enhance the room
• Please let me know also if you need the painting by a specific time ie if its a gift for an event or birthday etc
• let me know if you want my advise on the best colour mounts and type of frames for your painting

I will get back to you with a quote and an estimate of how long it will take. Once we have agreed on price and details a deposit will be paid which is usually usually a third or half of the final cost depending on the agreement. Your painting can be photographed between stages of production and emailed to you so you can see the work in progress. All art painted by me after Jan 2005 will have a certificate of authenticity sent with it on purchase, with a reference number kept in my personal records to prevent fraud.
